Actually Additions Chapter 2: Empowering and Storage
Hi, everyone. How’s it going? Today I’m gonna continue with the second chapter of ActAdd blog, this blog will be about storage and an upgrade from all the ActAdd gems. Enjoy leave a like for more content (Please if you don’t enjoy writing a comment of a mod blog you want next or to be prepared).
Let’s just not be lazy and start the blog!
Recipe crafting items
-In this blog, I will talk about some machines and items that need these items. Such purpose it’s like the Iron Casing or Black Quartz forgiven an example.
-1- Drill Core can be found on loot chest like:
-Dungeon Loot(Little moos cobblestone spawner)
-Temple (Dessert and Jungle)
Crafting ingredients needed:
-4 Enori Crystal Blocks, 4 Coils, 1 Restonia Crystal.
Crafting Ingredients needed
-4 Wooden Planks (Any type), 4 Sticks, 1 Wood Log (Any type).
-Have you ever wonder, using a machine or a tool that can do any type of mining? (It Doesn’t break bedrock). Well this tool it’s in ActAdd, the name it’s “Drill” and can be purchased early game.
-The Drill has an “Diamond Level/ 4th level” of mining. What do you mean? I mean that can break from stone to obsidian. (Like a Diamond Pickaxe). Not only that, it can be also used as a shovel! Can also be upgradable (the upgrades content will in the next blog), with Efficiency, Silk Touch, Fortune and Placer.
Crafting ingredients needed:
-2 Advance Coil, 3 diamanite, 3 Enori Blocks, and 1 Drill Core.
-To later on give it upgrade just Shift+Right click on the air and will open a GUI (Game User Interface).
Energizer and Enervator
-There is a difference between Energizer and the Enervator. Both are from ActAdd, but the difference is the function.
-Energizer will give energy to an item, clicking with right-click on it and a GUI will pop up. With the item you want to give energy you place it in the lower slot, when the item it’s full charge automatically the item will go to the upper one (Automation purposes!).
Crafting ingredients needed:
-4 Restonia, 2 Advance Coil and 1 Iron Casing
The arrow explains the purpose of the block himself! Meaning block’s energy to item.
-Enervator will take out energy from items to the machine itself. Right-clicking on it will pop up a GUI (Game User Interface). Once the items it’s placed on the lower slot, the machine will begin extracting the energy, when it’s done the item will automatically go to the upper-level slot (automation purposes).
Crafting ingredients needed:
-2 Restonia, 2 Advance Coils, 1 Iron Casing
The arrow explains the purpose of the block himself! Meaning Item’s energy to block.
-Let’s take a break, go through YouTube, hear some music. Drink some of you Cuban Coffee
-Mmm. interesting I’m drinking Coffee even tho I don’t like it all. This is fine 😀
-Speaking of Coffee as a drink, ActAdd also has it. What? Did you expect the coffee beans not having any use?! Welp you were wrong dear human friend.
Crafting ingredients needed:
-1 Coffee Beans, 1 Iron Casing, 1 Void Crystal, 2 Iron Casing.
-Coffee Machines would not work with a simple Glass Bottle (there was a feature thought by Pecky adding a Glass Bottle with Coffee, the actual feature was meant to be that once the Coffee its one the bottle it’s too hot to be on hand or on the inventory, not ACTUALLY killing you to death but giving you a really big damage when a whole minute was in you). It needs a Cup!
Crafting ingredients needed:
-7 Stone and 1 Coffee bean.
Coffe Machine’s GUI
-Here’s a little explanation of the GUI (‘Cause it’s simple.
A- Water it’s needed by every usage The water capacity is 4 Buckets, every crafting or manufacture of Coffee will be 500 mb (“mb” stands for Mini buckets or Glass Water Bottle measuring system). Meaning these machines have a Capacity of 4000 mb (1000 mb = Full bucket of any liquid or fluid)
B- Energy Bar, Capacity of energy it’s 30,000 CF.
C- Coffee Beans Slot and Coffee Beans Bar, the slot it’s a way to go directly to the Coffee bean’s bar. This bar has a capacity of 300 beans on it. Each crafting or manufactured coffee drink will be 5 Coffe beans (Sometimes the world randomly change this number the most times are 5 Coffe beans by crafting).
D- Where you most placed the Empty Cup, the other slot below it’s where the Coffe Cup when it’s done
E- Ingredients Slots, First ingredient will always be Milk, later by each slot (If you see closely are numbers on it) will be the second, third one to go as a potion.
-Coffee is like a 20 sec, potion. Can have regeneration (Second Ingredient Ghast tear), Speed (Second ingredient Sugar), Fire resistance (Third Ingredient Magma cream), etc.
-Press the “OK” button to start the crafting.
-In the last blog, I only give a little touchy to the uses of this magnificent block machine. Not only can make gems from ActAdd but also be like a catalyst!
-Rotten Flesh yo Leather
-Red (only) Mushroom to Nether Wart
-Quartz to Prismarine Shard
-Canola seeds to Cristalized Canola seeds
-Block of Quartz to Ethetic Quartz
-Chiseled Quartz to Green Ethetic Quartz
-Batteries are an inventory item to transport energy around, to items in your inventory or to travel or transport by yourself. In this blog, I will talk about the 2 batteries, but will help you to know the understanding of how to make more!
Crafting ingredients needed:
-1 Restonia Crystal, 1 Advance Coil, 5 Enori Crystals.
-Capacity of energy on the single battery (The one above), have a capacity of 1,000,000 CF.
-Use an Energizer to give it power.
Crafting ingredients needed:
— Advance Coil, 4 Enori Crystals and 1 Single battery.
-In order to make the 3, 4, 5. 8th battery it’s like the double battery recipe. You just change the battery of place to make it upgrade.
-Empower gems and their blocks cost some energy, you must have some kind of energy conduction to various machines to make an Empower item or block. This only will be the gems from ActAdd.
Conduction of power
-The conduction of power it’s quite simple you most only need a wrench and an Energy Laser!
Crafting ingredients needed:
-2 Redstone Block, 4 obsidian, 2 Restonia Crystal 1 Advance Coil.
-The range of this first Laser is up to only 15 blocks (up, down, left-right, etc.)
-You most need a Wrench to make the lasers to work
-The laser don’t harm player or any type of mobs!
-Throwing an Energy Laser in front of an Atomic Reconstructor will create an Item Laser (The sane texture just the ball it’s green), once again with this one new, on front will create an Fluid Laser (Same texture just the ball it’s blue).
-Using a Compass on hand will change the modes.
Default, smart ray will give energy to block who used energy and extract on blocks that makes energy.
Extraction and Take it.
-Laser Wrench will be a tool to help you connect Laser to another!
Crafting ingredients needed:
— 1 Advance Coil and 2 Enori Crystals
-To use the wrench just Shift-right click the first Laser and then again (most be close! At least 15 or less blocks away from each other!) on the other Laser and they be linked!
-Stand Items will use energy!
Crafting ingredients needed:
— 3 Green Ethetic Quartz, 3 Ethetic Quartz, 1 Advance Coil.
-Empower will not be using energy to make the empowered gems or blocks!
Crafting ingredients needed:
-1 Double Battery, 1 Restonia, 2 Iron Casing and 1 Stand item
1- Distance from Display Stand and Empower MOST be at least and max 2 blocks.
2- The lasers of the Energy Lasers.
3- I use a Creative Energy Source for the example, but for you, most use an energy source like a Generator!
-The crafting method of the Empower it’s not as difficult as the amount of energy needed. In the following position of the items or blocks will be for the crafting.
Empower Restonia Crystal:
-Any red dye, Redstone, nether brick, brick and a Restonia Crystal or Restonia Block Crystal.
Empower Diamanite Crystal:
-Any light blue dye, 2 clay (item), Clay (Block) and a Diamanite Crystal or Block.
Empower Palis Crystal:
-Any cyan dye, 3 Prismarine shards and Palis Crystal or Block.
Empower Void Crystal:
-Any black dye, Charcoal, Stone, flint and Void Crystal or Block.
Empower Emeradic Crystal:
-Any lime dye, OAK sapling (only), Any slimeball, grass and Emeradic Crystal or block.
Empower Enori Crystal:
-Any gray dye, snowball, stone Buttom, Cobblestone and Enori Crystal or Block.
-Oh my dear Storage of this mod! I love it! Love ya pecky even do you have a Boyfriend already xD.
-The Storage in this mod is awesome! Why? Jeje there’s not chest they are Crates!
-Crates have cool texture that can be on any kind of floor or ceiling! Also are upgradable!
Crafting ingredients needed:
-Wooden Casing, 4 wood planks (Any) and 4 chest.
-Capacity of Storage on the “Small” Crate its 117 slots, 7,488 items in total!
Crafting ingredients needed:
-Small crate, 4 Void block crystals, 4 wooden planks (Any).
-The medium crate has a capacity of 234 slots (yeah the double) capable of 14,976 items.
Crafting ingredients needed:
-Medium Crate, 4 Empower Void Block Crystals, 4 Wooden planks (Any).
-Larger Crate has a capacity of holding 351 slots, capable of 22,464 items.
-Why wait for a next blog and not in this one?
Storage Crate Keeper
Crafting ingredients needed:
-4 iron Ingots, 4 wooden planks (Any) and 1 Black Quartz.
-Once this item it’s on a crate. When the crate it’s broken any of the items will fall off they will be Inside of the crate! BUT it’s an only use by how many Storage crate keeper are inside!
From a chest too small, to be a medium an then a Larger!
-Crate and 4 wooden planks (Any).
-Shift+Right click on a chest to make it small Crate
-Small Crate and 4 Wooden planks (Any)
-Shift+right click on a Small Crate to make it Medium Crate.
Crafting ingredients needed:
-Larger Crate and 4 Wooden planks (Any).
-Shift + Right-click on a medium Crate to make it Larger Crate!

Empowerer not working #672

I am trying to make empowered palis crystal blocks so that i can make greenhouse glass, i was able to make a block one time and now the setup has not worked since. there should be enough power as i have a reactor set up next to it and all the display stands are full of RF. The display stands have 2 blocks of space between them and the empowerer. Am I doing something wrong or is this some sort of bug with the mod? I have included a screen shot of the setup below

Is that the right color of dye you’re using? Can’t identify through the resource pack.

Oh sorry, using the sphax texture pack. yes i believe the recipe said it was supposed to be cyan dye

Try this in a creative/testing world, and if that also doesn’t work, try removing mods until the issue is gone.

The display stands need to be two blocks apart, they all need quite a large amount of RF, and all the items have to be exactly correct. Use JEI or the in-game Actually Additions manual to see the exact recipes. Make sure to double-check the recipe.

Strike my comment. I haven’t had enough coffee yet this morning and I completely misread your issue. I know the recipe works because I just made an auto set up that’s working fine.

yes it is a palis crystal block, as far as i can tell, everything is set up exactly as it is supposed to be. i was successful in making an empowered crystal block once, after that it wouldn’t work again

Do you have enough RF? I don’t know how much it needs, but make sure that you have at least 200k RF in all the display stands. What you should do is test this in a creative world.
I had an equally annoying issue the other day when I was first starting with Actually Additions. I tried to get the empowerer to work for hours, but it never did. I googled, watched tons of YouTube videos again and again, and I even tried in a creative world and gave the machines as much RF as I could possibly give them… and then I realized that I was trying to empowerer an emerald instead of an emeradic crystal.

ok so it turns out that there are 2 versions of prismarine shards. one labelled under vanilla minecraft and one labelled botania. the botania ones don’t work. when it worked the first time they must’ve been vanilla shards. figured out that the ones i tried using the second time were botania shards. not sure how that happened, but problem is solved now thanks.

sorry to comment on a closed issue, but this is the first one I found that talks about a similar problem to mine. Regarding the empowerer setup, for some reason Ender IO Energy conduits will connect to the display stands, but not to the empowerer itself. I have to use an EU2 Energy Node and pipe to connect. Why?
