Mob Battle Mod 1.16.5/1.14.4 takes care of that by adding items which will help you in creating (and maintaining) mob fights. This is meant to be played in creative mode. It is explained in-game, how to use every item. This should work on every mob, which can fight back. With other words: Every fight possible can be done with this mod.
This mod introduces a series of wands that enable you to take control over who or what a mob attacks. The Enrager is the main wand that you simply click who want to do the attacking and then click the next mob for it to attack.

Mob Stick: Make 2 mobs fight each other
Mob Stick Group: Make a group of mobs fight another single mob
Mob Heal: Heal a mob back to full health
Mob Kill: Kill a mob (no command typing etc anymore)

Mob Battle Mod
The Mob Battle Mod introduces a series of wands that enable you to take control over who or what a mob attacks. The Enrager is the main wand that you simply click who want to do the attacking and then click the next mob for it to attack.
You can use the multi-enrager to do the same thing except it allows multiple mobs to gang up on just one mob.
If you want to heal a mob then use the Mob Healer Wand and click the mob you want to heal.
The Armor Editor allows you to customize what armor a mob can wear or even just remove existing armor altogether.
And if things seem to be getting out of hand you can always use the Mob Killer to end it all in one click.
Мод на палочки Mob Battle
Mob Battle добавляет в Майнкрафт несколько палочек, с помощью которых можно контролировать то, что или кого будет атаковать мод. Главная палочка — Enrager. Вам нужно будет просто кликнуть на того, кто будет атаковать, а затем — на того, кого будут атаковать.
