Vintage Story – вдохновленная Лавкрафтом песочница с упором на выживание и уникальную атмосферу. Когда авторы модпака TerraFirmaCraft для майнкрафта осознали, насколько их сковывает движок, написанный на Java, ими было принято решение перевести плоды своего творчества в отдельную игру.
Игра представляет собой Minecraft для тех, кто из него вырос. Жутковатая атмосфера, жестокие животные, потусторонние мобы и сложные погодные условия бросят вызов любому любителю игр на выживание. В теле неизвестного существа вы окажетесь в неизвестном и давно заброшенном мире, в котором вас будут окружать только дикая природа и загадочные межпространственные торговцы.
Найдите, чем загубить свой голод, сделайте себе базовые каменные инструменты и обустройте лагерь. Растите различные культуры, следите за питательными элементами в грунте, консервируйте пищу. Ищите залежи полезных ископаемых, научитесь выплавлять бронзу, столкнитесь с древними руинами и узнайте, какая катастрофа привела этот мир к упадку.
Динамическая система смены сезонов не даст вам расслабиться: зимой ваши посевы перестают расти, а животные голодают и приносят меньше мяса. Придется подготовить запасы продовольствия заранее, иначе зиму вам не пережить.
Реалистичная система распределения биомов и температур порадует всех любителей модифицированного Minecraft. Чем выше вы поднимаетесь, тем холоднее; чем дальше вы продвигаетесь к экватору, тем жарче. Хотите отморозить себе пальцы? Вам на дальний север, поближе к полюсам!

Please move air dashing off of right click, it’s so annoying.
You can’t do anything without it constantly false-firing.
EDIT: I managed to patch the file. By going into behaviordash.cs and adding && player.Entity.RightHandItemSlot.Empty at the activating IF statement, you can disable the dash if your hand has an item in it. This should stop you from dashing when trying to eat or use a bow.

error when playing on v1.15.7
Loving this, especially for leaf breaking on redwoods.
Just missing the abillity to tear down all scaffolds by breaking the bottom one, for ease of deconstruction.
@WickedSchnitzel || Yea, as i said in forum post (alert_3), loading times with roofs submod can be over the top due to game having a hard time of processing the main roof block.
@somesuch || Just craft a masonry compass and right-click on a eave block, it will cycle trough variants (check first screenshot)
You can disable that in the config.
Creating a new world with Multiroof enabled will cause it to stall at the «world unbroken» server event line.
With your mod installed it takes my mp server 8 minutes to load up (normally approx 1 minute). Templar132
Could you add «IgnoredEntities» or something similar to the config, so that blood can be disabled for certain enemy types e.g. skeletons. Xorberax

Could we maybe get a generic bark basket recipe that’ll accept any bark? Could make it a nice multi-textured pattern.
I’ll be making this update soon. However, anyone can do this themselves.
If you want to use times other than 30 days before I do this.
Divide your preferred number of days in a month by 30.
Not multiply the times in every json file in the mod by that number.
Round the number up or down as you prefer. Boom, set up for the new monthly cycle. Distribute the resulting file.
However, I do intend to provide three different versions of this mod (9/12/30) until I find a better way to do it. 🙂
How soon do you plan on making the times proportional to the amount of days per month. I love the realism here. The only problem is that it is 24 real-time hours per month with 30 day months. My friends and I, would like to go through months a little quicker than that, we feel we may not be playing the game long enough to get more than one harvest in, if we are waiting too long.
Hey Spear&Fang, is the mod up to date to be played on 15.7? I’ve it installed but doesn’t seem to be working.
Love this mod. It’s been a sanity saver for roof building. Would love for an alt recipe that uses rope instead of flax twine for those who don’t have a good flax farm set up yet.

Vintage Story is a beautiful survival game that started as an idea for a mod for Minecraft, based on the popular modpack, TerraFirmaCraft. It is NOT Minecraft however! It is its own game about innovation and exploration. It thrusts the player into a carefully-generated semi-autonomous world and challenges them to survive and overcome the natural and unknown threats of their new home. As a single player or with friends, you start out in the stone age and learn and advance all the way to the iron age as you build bases, villages, farms, beehives, and more!

Запуск Vintage Story по сети в мультиплеер:
2.1) Запускаем файл vintagestory.exe из корневой папки игры или ярлык на рабочем столе.
3.1) Запускаем сервер хотя-бы раз. ( VintagestoryServer.exe )
3.2) Заходим в %AppData%\Roaming\VintagestoryData и откройте файл serverconfig.json

This mod adds machines to Vintage Story. Supports singleplayer and multiplayer servers. To get started, find the handbook guides «Vol.I : The ‘Vies’ Craft» and «Vol.II : Machine and You». It goes over recipes and basic info on machines.
Features :
Fuel system : All machine require fuel to run. Machine accept Charcoal, Brown Coal, Black Coal, and Machine pellets to run. All fuel types burn for different times.
Energy system : While a machine is running (burning fuel), they will slowly gain ‘Energy’. Energy is used to modify machines via textures, models, renaming the machine, colors, etc.
Durability system : While a machine is running (burning fuel), they will slowly loose ‘Durability’. Lower durability will lead to engine troubles. Currently will start smoking and only have kickback, which will stop you randomly and make an soft «tink» noise. Next update will introduce minor and major engine issues. replenish durability with a Durability Kit.
Upgrade system : All machines can be enhanced via applying upgrade kits. The upgradable parts are:
Frame : Max Health, Max Energy, Max Durability, Turn Speed.
Engine : Forward Speed.
Module : +4 Storage Spaces, Max Altitude, Verticle Speed.
Ownership system : Machines are only usable to those who throw them. To remove ownership of a machine, convert the machine back into an item. The item can be given to another player and when they throw it, wil will belong to them. ‘Creative’ players can enter any machine to break them down (thinking server admins). Offline players on multiplayer servers will have their machines tagged as «Offline player».
Customize system : Machines can be customized in a few ways:
Textures : There are 4 texture types that can be changed. These are labeled as frame, engine, module, and base (rope + seat). This costs machine energy to change. To have textures properly displayed to other players, machines must be converted into an item and thrown again.
Name : Machines can have any name. Names can be composed of letters, numbers, symbols, and spaces. This costs machine energy to change.
Known issues :
— None right now!
Next update :
— Thinking about the customization system to change textures, texture colors, models, machine names, etc.
Planned features :
— Ability to change models in the customize tab.
— More qol things like sounds, particles, and overall visual ques.
— A temperature system? Leaving a machine outside during winter not running could lower durability and health as it sits. Like the idea of storing machine in a hanger or something.

You can choose different frame, engine, module, and base (rope + seat) textures! Swapping a texture costs 20 energy. Messages are sent when successful or failed. — Machines can now be renamed! Names can have letters, numbers, special characters, and spaces. Changing the name costs 10 energy. Messages are sent when successful or failed. — Both textures and names can be updated through the new «Customize» tab! This can be access through the machine’s main menu. — Added a config option to turn off the Max Altitude restrictions. This was done because I think it would look weird seeing a item with the generic textures and not the special ones. This smoke occurs when machines are powered on. — Reworked the textures folders to better place sharable textures. — Added a special bool on the machines to force a renderer refresh. — Removed the Scaling in the thrown machine renderer. — Implemented the model swapping system. Currently not in use. — Fixed the guidebook vol.1 to reflect all fuel that can be used. — Using the old model to fix animations. — More info now displays in the airship item tooltip. This includes textures and the names. ***NOTE: Players should convert their machines back into an item and respawn them for all systems and updates to be added.*** — The upgrade system is up and running! They do 3.5 damage a swing now. The positioning on tool racks has been fixed. They are properly a tier 3 tool. — Wrenches also give 5 durability to machines if the broken machine is at 0 durability. — Added the new item Energy Kit (25). This adds 25 energy to machines. Creative only. — Added the new item Durability Kit (25). This adds 25 durability to machines. Crafting recipe is in. — Added a lot of visual and audio ques for most machine interactions. This includes breaking, repairing, applying items to machine, etc. This is possible thanks to the trigger event system I implemented. — Redesigned the Machine Gui. There are numerous toolips over all information. Added status bars for Health, Energy, Durability. Added a countdown bar for active fuel to work with the time displayed. All info refreshes automatically now. — Fixed a bug where players could crash on multiplayer servers if a server rebooted and an offline player’s machine was looked at. It will now just say «Offline player» until they log back in. — Max altitude is calculated differently now. If you are in a creative world, the max is the build height for the world. All other worlds are : Basic = sealvl + 20, T1 = sealevel + 30% of build height, T2 = sealevel + 40% of build height, T3 = max build height. This will work better with huge maps and should be scalable. — Machines fuel items and values have changed. Machines now accept brown and black coal. All burntimes are what they are in the game (charcoal = 40s, brown coal = 77s, black coal = 84s). Machine pellets are still 2 minutes. All burntimes are configurable via the config. — Thrown machines now correctly translate the player yaw to the machines! Looks better. — Particle colors and size have been adjusted for machine first spawning in. — Redesigned the ItemAirship. Now more reliably passes tagged information. — Reworked all packets, cleaned up unused ones. — The mod now attempts to unmount players from the following server events: Player joined, plater disconnected, and player leave. Works so much better this way. — Updated and adjusted localization. — Immense code clean up Fixed all of the multiplayer server updates! Issues that were observed: -Extreme desync. Airships would fall from the sky when player didn’t move. When players did move, they were delayed, glitching far behind the machine. The mounted players yaw did not adjust with machines. Machines would «skip» as they moved, which was really gravity pulling down the ship and then the correction when moving forward, pulling it back up. — All bools update correctly now. — Found a work around for the crash that occurs when trying to mount an airship that currently has a player driving. So all of these problems stem from no real mounting system in the game! Singleplayer sessions get the tagging correct (for the most part) for having something mounted in them. Seems like servers forget about the mounted player the next frame, and no updates go out to other clients. I had to redesign and rebuilt the machine systems to not use the broken mounted system. To combat the weird «mounting other peoples machines crash», airships will now be owned by those who throw the airship item, spawning the machine. This prevents people from being able to interact with machines they do not own. People in creative can override this, so use with caution. The idea behind that is that creative players are admins. These crashes are client-side only, not the server, and you can just log back in, but in a standard survival setting, this ownership fix works perfectly. To give your machine to someone else, just convert it into the item and give it to them to throw! Now on to other updates: — Added an animation canceling to players who mount airships from a swimming state. — Broken machine particles now spawn more reliably. Found a better way to call the GetMountable method. — Set the y hitbox size to 1. Feels like a better fit, especially when making collision boxes. — Overhauled the item airship tooltip. It now has a description, shows the Frame, module, and engine tiers, and the fuelslot item/stacksize if used. — Minor work formatting the display image on the airship model. — Normalized the names on my network handlers. — Added a temporary engine on sounds that plays when engines are on. This will be updated with a custom music file soon. — Added a custom hurt sound. sounds like hitting metal. Soooo yes. — Health now works correctly on machines. — Started to lay the foundation for the upgrade system. Frame upgrades affect max health, Engine will affect forward movement speed, and module affects machine storage spaces and max altitude. Will be used next update. — Max altitude is now calculate using the base sea level + Base tier = sealevel + 25 blocks, Tier1 = sealevel + 50 blocks, Tier2 = sealevel + 75 blocks, Tier3 = sealevel + 999 blocks. — I added more improvements to clean up the movement system. I now do more calls to unmount players from the following events, Player Joined, Player Now Playing, Player Leave, and Player Disconnect. — Added an error message to player when trying to mount another players machine.
